Returns & Exchange

Please inspect all the products you ordered as soon as you have opened the package. DO NOT: damage the original packaging, cut or remove the tags  until you know  that the  items you received has no damage  and that it properly fits.

If you are uncertain of your size, please feel free to contact us for size recommendations. After 4 years of selling the same products , we somehow mastered it and most of the time, our recommendations are correct.  Each product has its corresponding size guide indicated on every product descriptions and Sizing Chart page.  

Damaged Product:

 We have a team who thoroughly check all products ,1st was when we pack and put them on their original packaging and kept in the warehouse , 2nd quality check is being made when we prepare confirmed orders before dispatch. In rare occasions that we overlook and sent you a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will shoulder all the return and replacement expenses and correct the error the soonest. If there is no attempt to contact us via mobile or email within 3 days, all items are deemed correct and received without any problems.

(as part of our SOP, our team who is in charge with Packing & dispatch will have to take a photo together with the packing list or waybill, this is for our own records only and not to be submitted to the customer.)

Items that are not returned in original condition,  with obvious signs of use are subject to NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE, NO STORE CREDIT and will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME -

Replacement, are processed within 48 hours from receiving the returned item/s. 

ITEMS & RETURN REASONS ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT:

  • buyer receives damaged or defective item
  • buyer receives wrong item
  • buyer consulted us about the size to choose , she provided her accurate size on the tape measure, and still the item does not fit after following the size guide/recos we gave .

 

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the ff:

  • Maternity Panties
  • Panty Girdles
  • Postpartum Girdles 

Return Reasons NOT ELIGIBLE for replacement or return credit:

  • Buyer was given a reco on sizes but insisted to get a size down. (especially on Girdles/Binders, pls note that our girdles have a maximum stretch capacity, WE usually have 4 sizes to choose from.. Choosing to go 1 size down may mean you have to accept that its a little too tight.)

We believe in our line of maternity and nursing undergarments  so much that we want you to try them risk-free. If For some reasons, the item fits  but you are still not Happy with it , we can issue a full refund by means of store credits and not by cash, provided that the returned item meets our criteria. 

In very rare occasion, that you don't want a store credit nor exchange for another item, we can refund your  money back less 20% restocking fee. This will be processed within 48 hrs after we received the returned item.
