INAY MOMENTS provides nationwide delivery service so you won’t have to worry about separate shipping hassles.   All you need to do is complete your transaction and wait for your items to be delivered right to your doorstep. Please note that surcharges may apply for areas that are out of the courier's delivery coverage.

INAY MOMENTS utilizes reliable third-party courier or shipment services (i.e. Sonic Express , JRS Express) for its fast and efficient delivery system.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery cost vary depending on the location and size of the product you wish to purchase. .

Sonic Express 

9*14 inches pouch- P60 (1-2 items)

11*18 inches pouch- P80 (3 items or more) 

**Great news! As our way of saying Thank you, We decided to offer a FLAT rate for Sonic Express delivery within Metro Manila as well as Sonic Express Serviceable Areas in Cavite, Laguna, Rizal. Only 1 to 2 items will fit a Small Sonic Pouch. If you are checking out for 3 items or more, we will  use the Large Pouch and shoulder the additional P20 as your discount.

How soon before my order is processed for delivery?

Payment cut-off is at 9pm for pick-up and processing of delivery the next day (except Sundays and holidays). As soon as your payment is verified, you will automatically receive the tracking details via e-mail. This is also when the delivery lead time begins. We follow a delivery lead time of 1-3 working days within Metro Manila and 2-5 working days for delivery to provinces.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and follow up with the courier in case of delayed shipments.
